At Revra, we are committed to providing quality products and services to our customers. This Refund Policy sets out your rights regarding refunds for purchases made from Revra and leased devices under our Subscription Agreement.

This policy applies to:

  • Devices (primarily smartphones) and accessories purchased from Revra.

  • Leased devices, which are subject to the terms outlined in Revra’s Subscription Agreement.

 

Leased Devices

If you have leased a device from Revra, any applicable refunds relating to leased devices are governed by the terms set out in our Subscription Agreement. Please refer to our Subscription Agreement, available at revra.com.au/subscription-agreement for full details on refunds and related matters.

 

Purchased Devices and Accessories

For devices and accessories purchased from Revra, our refund policy is in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

 

Change of Mind

Revra does not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind purchases. Please choose carefully before making a purchase.

 

Faulty, Defective, or Misdescribed Goods

Under the ACL, you are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair if a purchased product:

  • Has a major failure (e.g., it is significantly different from its description, unsafe, or not fit for its intended purpose).

  • Has a minor fault that cannot be repaired within a reasonable timeframe.

  • Does not perform as expected due to a defect.

If you believe your purchased item has a defect, please contact our customer service team at support@revra.com.au with your proof of purchase and details of the issue.

 

Proof of Purchase

To process any refund, replacement, or repair, you must provide proof of purchase (e.g., receipt, order confirmation email). Without proof of purchase, we will be unable to assist you.

 

Refund Process

If you are eligible for a refund, the following conditions apply:

  • Refunds will be processed via the original payment method.

  • If a refund is issued, it may take up to 10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution.

  • In cases where a replacement or repair is provided, shipping fees will be covered by Revra if the item is deemed faulty or defective.

 

Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Revra’s liability is limited to:

  • Replacing or repairing faulty goods;

  • Refunding the purchase price (where required under ACL);

  • Excluding liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products.

Nothing in this Refund Policy is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
